He died suddenly in an Orlando, Florida, hotel room in 2022, allegedly from an accidental blow to his head. Saget was 65. His co-stars on the show like John Stamos were devastated by his loss. On Sunday, October 18, many of them including Stamos, Andrea Barber, Lori Loughlin, and Candace Cameron Bure appeared at the Connecticut Convention Center for '90s Con, per People. Jodie Sweetin Spoke About One Harrowing Incident Sweetin, 44, played Stephanie Tanner on Full House. Per the outlet, she talked at the nostalgic get-together about an alarming incident that she survived along with Saget, who apparently saved the day. Sweetin said, "I remember a Janet Jackson concert with Bob. We were parked outside of Edge of Epics going to that Janet Jackson concert. And I walked back out to the car....and we were sitting in the car and like the window exploded. We were like, 'Oh!'"

The actress added, "[T]hen we had to wait for two station wagon taxis because this is pre-Uber, to come and get us and we were late. And then Bob had to drive me home and explain to my mom what happened. So between that and the Laugh Factory, Bob was not always my mom's favorite."

Furthermore, Sweetin said, "It was a drive-by. It was back in the late '80s, early '90s. I leaned over to tie my shoes and it's just like 'pop pop pop' and the whole thing [car window] shattered."
